Perfect location for a gathering of family or friends! Positive: We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to host a gathering. We were a party of 11 friends and we absolutely loved our stay at Cramar Cottage. The location is peaceful, private and picturesque. The house benefits from more than ample space for parking. It has a lovely view over the fishery and is finished to a very high standard. Our stay felt like a luxury experience. The living areas are very spacious, making it perfect for a large group. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided with plenty of towels, which was great for the hot tub. The hot tub itself was ready for our arrival and we were able to make good use of it all weekend, particularly as it is covered so the weather doesn’t matter. The kitchen has everything you could need (although maybe bring your own pods for the coffee machine for when the provided pods run out). Cramar Cottage exceeded our expectations and we commented that it was even nicer in real life than the photographs online, which is not often the case! Negative: Not a fault of the property, but a point to consider for guests. We had hoped to have meals delivered to us via Just Eat or similar, however we ended up having to collect our food from Bearsden as there were no options that would deliver to Cramar Cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The home is even better than the photos, with all rooms and spaces being bright, comfortable, and well-appointed. This VRBO comfortably accommodated our family group of 10 people. We especially appreciated the large kitchen and dining area, wonderful common space with comfy sectional sofa to relax, visit, and watch movies, lovely den to enjoy a cup of tea and a good book, great hot tub and outdoor space, and stunning grounds to stroll around once the fishery was closed for the day. It’s in an ideal location; within commuting distance to both Glasgow and Loch Lomond. Communication with host was excellent. We would love to return again. This place is a gem!
